An international software vendor with over 4 million customers worldwide and North American revenue of over 500 million dollars.

The Project

Our client was looking to outsource development and testing of a commercial payroll system for Canada.

 The main goals of the project were:

• Convert a payroll software used in the US market to a version suitable for use in the Canadian market.
• Development of the Canadian proprietary payroll elements along with reuse of common payroll elements.
• Ongoing implementation of bi-annual Canadian government updates.
• Quality regression testing and functional testing.

The Result

Our client was supplied with a commercially released software product on schedule, without the need to develop their own local expertise. The client successfully launched the product, expanding their profits and market coverage.
