Our Leaders
Innosphere was founded in 1997 by Jeff Berardine, J.D. MacNeil, and Greg Phillips.
Jeff Berardine, President
Jeff is responsible for setting strategic direction, driving operational performance, and ensuring that the company delivers measurable value to its clients. He is also directly responsible for account management and client satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on building long-term partnerships grounded in trust, transparency, and consistent results. Through a combination of hands-on consulting and ongoing engagement, Jeff maintains close alignment with clients, ensuring expectations are met while creating relationships that extend beyond individual projects.

J.D. MacNeil, Director of Development
J.D. brings a structured, execution-focused approach to building high-performing technology solutions. He leads the design and implementation of frameworks that support sustainable growth. This includes establishing clear functional accountability, improving cross-team coordination, and building systems that enable consistent delivery. With experience working across technology teams, J.D. understands the challenges of rapid growth, shifting priorities, and increasing operational complexity.

Greg Phillips, CFO & COO
Greg plays a central role in shaping both the financial strength and operational performance of Innosphere. He brings a strong consulting approach to his work, partnering closely with clients to identify challenges, streamline operations, and implement practical solutions that deliver measurable results. This combination of financial leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on consulting enables clients to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable plans.
